The hotel was in okay condition. The bathroom countertops were a bad show of resin and the room smelled like mildew upon walking in. Besides that breakfast was good, everyone was friendly, the stay was good.

Well the dogs barking all the time til you have to call the front desk and complain. I had to move to another room to get away from the yelping! The pool ladder step is broken and the umbrella needs replacing. These things matter. No clean towels in the bin.

I live locally and I was hoping for a night away from home. Unfortunately, my room door didn't have a secondary lock, where one had been, there was just old paint and screw holes where a lock had been. I left before midnight because i didn't feel safe alone in that room.

The rating of the staff is not for the reception, the bad rating is for the house keeping, what a bad service, the rest of the staff, their attention was very good. Another observation is to fix the bathroom door that does not close.
