"Had a sea view room. Room was clean. Bed comfy (but only stayed one night). Bathroom door lock was broken. No toilet brush in the bathroom. You had to put the main light switch on and off to turn the lights on and off The usual soap, shampoo, conditioner and hand cream were provided in dispensers as were towels. The breakfast area was very busy but really quite small for the amount of people. The breakfast was cold. Drinks were expensive. I do not feel the stay was worth £156 for one night. Feel...

"Comfortable and spacious room, and rates seemed very reasonable. We didn’t use the bar/restaurant or gym (we were out and about too much), but we did find the staff to be friendly and helpful. Good location for our needs and would be happy to stay again."

"Felt welcome from the moment we stepped in, everything explained well to us and even an apology letter for the fire alarm was provided which we really appreciated. definitely would stay again"

"The location of the hotel was good - right on the sea front. The hotel and room was clean and apparently we were in one of the newly refurbished rooms. The bed / mattress was not that comfortable - way too soft and when you sat on the edge of the bed the mattress felt really flat and hard as anything (sounds a strange combination - soft mattress but hard when you sat on it, I know!) I weigh 12st and if I was any bigger I would have REALLY struggled to back on to the WC as the space between...

"Great hotel, not the most modern but it serves its purpose, it smelt lovely when i walking in with air freshener, it smelt like the room had been throughly cleaned, the bedsheet was annoying and fell off the bed and could of done with some extra tea supplies and pillows however housekkeeping did privide extra towels, there was quite a bit of noise downstairs during dinner time and the entertaintment area until quite late, i would advise having breakfast before 9am as after 9am it was pure...

"2 rooms booked for 1 night. One room wasn't cleaned so we were given another. The other room had lingering damp smell. Room needed updating. Everything was very old. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable."

"Our family room was not clean and the carpet was dirty some visible dust and debris which is a concerns as we are travelling with kids loves playing on the floor. Im not very happy on our room because we can hear machine sound coming outside in our room, so its not quite at all. But the food was great loads of it which I really like especially my children. Staff were really nice."

"Booked room with a sofa but room had third bed in so there was no sofa. Could hear other guests children late at night and very early in morning so rooms are not sound proofed. No heating in bathroom so cold and not even winter yet. Hotel is very convenient to M6 and staff were very professional and friendly. Breakfast was very good and fresh."

"Very comfortable stay & excellent breakfast."

"Not 1 to complain, but room got changed 1 day before, but the bad thing was no heating on at the entertainment at night it was freezing, rate it 3 from 10"

"Pretty decent. Always get bad reviews. Stayed numerous times always find you get what pay for, looking for perfection pay more for another hotel."

"We had a great stay at the park hotel, the receptionist was so welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. breakfast was good with lots of choices. On site free parking was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again,"

"Exactly what we need, a simple bedroom and food while visiting daughter at Uni."
