Room was clean, staff were friendly, beds were comfortable. Parking was great. Breakfast was excellent. Door to bathroom would not close, room was hot, and could not regulate shower temperature. If these problems were to be fixed we would stay again.

The building is very tired and in my opinion, desperately in need of some maintenance. Needs a deep clean and some general maintenance. Bathroom tiles very poor. The bathroom could do with a little updating and some TLC. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was Ok. Staff were nice. Parking was good.

The parking was easy. We were greeted by Jacob at check in who was friendly. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfy and a fan had been supplied as there was a heatwave and it was 23 degrees at night. The view from room number 6 was of trees and we couldn't really hear the M6.The downside was the bathroom, it was extremely tired and in need of an update, however the shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast was excellent and the staff in the pub were friendly. Location just off the M6 was brilliant. There was a Lidl's and Tesco express 20 minute walk or 5 minutes drive away.

The hotel room was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. The food menu was excellent. On the negative side, the hotel and rooms are in need of a refresh as quite rundown, but as the room was perfectly clean this wasn’t too much of an issue. The equipment at the breakfast station definitely need some replacements. The toaster kept tripping out and the coffee pot was useless as it needed to be pumped to get a tiny squirt of coffee out, although we had been told a replacement had been ordered.

Ive stayed here a number of times. Always found the staff to be very friendly. Although a bit dated, it has always been a good place to stay. However this time the room was dirty and hadn't been cleaned. Bed sheets were dirty, something i only realised when stripping the bed when i left.
