"The bed was clean but uncomfortable. The shower was definitely not cleaned thoroughly as there was a booger on the wall inside and there was a razor left behind. Views and location were great. Staff were kind and helpful, but for the price, this stay was not comfortable."

There were flies in there and when I asked if they could do something about the flies the receptionist said when I went out they would deal with the issue. They didn't. I came back late in the evening and went to bed thinking they had dealt with the fly issue. The TV remote was filthy as well. "This was a great place to stay. Close walk to town and Pendennis castle.
I have heard many places with 'old world charm' and this definitely fits the description.
Loved the decor and history of the hotel."

Food in the restaurant for the evening meal was good. All staff were very good!"
