"I have stayed probably 4 times and love it, so easy to walk everywhere, the museum, Fishermans Wharf, Beacon Hill Park and the museum. Enjoyed the pool and hottub. I just wish they would stop using those small plastic toiletries. Imagine how many millions/billions are discarded from hotels. Time to change!"

"Perfect location, close to shopping, dining, and transportation sites. The building itself is historic with an interesting story but the renovation done in the guest suites is fresh and modern. "

"Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was not clean very disgusting. Hair strands and scum stuck all over the tub. Over all decent place for the price"

"Being near the airport and on a busy highway intersection, there was both traffic and some plane noise, which obviously could not be avoided given the location. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and most helpful. "

"It was the perfect location for the event we were attending. Being right next to a highway, and our room faced that side, meant it was quite noisy at night. The price was kinda high for an average type room. Overall a good experience though."

"Everything about this property was exactly what I had expected! We unfortunately didn’t stay long so we didn’t get to try out the pub, but the vibe is definitely Inn style and the surrounding area is beautiful and close enough to walk to downtown or take a short taxi ride! Price was decent for the accommodations. The only down side was having to drag our luggage up the stairs. They did offer to help, but we had heavy bags since we had been traveling for 10 days so it just would’ve been a nice...

"On the whole it was a great experience. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and the location was walking distance for everything we wanted to do. We did get followed by one homeless person who looked like he might try to take advantage. That was more than likely my fault for looking too much like a tourist. Anyhow, nothing came of it, it just lest a sour tinge to the evening."

"Great hotel with very convenient location. Only issue was A/C was not working but hotel found an acceptable work-a-round quickly and the matter was resolved. Love staying here when I am in the Victoria area."
