"We have stayed here previously when it was St Giles, we were happy to return based on that. Unfortunately this experience was not like that! 2 night stay. Welcome was ok. Room was a basic twinroom, just about clean, no kettle, 2 towels, empty shower products, mattress was worst we've ever slept on, 1 pillow per bed and no extras. No room clean. Whatsapp service for contact....no response when messaged, no phone in the room. They now charge for suitcase storage, £5 per case!! Storage attendant...

"The facility was convenient and easy to get to by reading the signs within terminal 2 and 3. It was great that the restaurant and bars served food up until late. We were able to get a good meal despite a late check in. I would certainly stay there again as the view of the runway from the room was welcoming."

"The bathtubs are too deep especially for elderly. Otherwise a good budget level hotel and very convenient to Terminal 4"
