"The only thing is that the rooms are really small. Book a months ahead as they have some bigger rooms. Room for “2 people” with only one bed are very very small. Other than that everything was very good and the front desk people and other staff speak very good English - and are very eager to help in any way requested. Transit metro and trains stations are very close and take you easy anywhere in Tokyo. Tokyo Central station is 1 stop by train (3 min) or 20 min walk"

Very convenient straight from the subway from Tokyo their hotel shuttle picks u up from the train station or if ur coming straight from the airports the limousine bus stops right in front of the hotel and for pick up also to the airport too. "We were at 12th floor, and the views from the bathtub and bedroom were awesome! The bathtub and toilet are separated, many amenities; including slippers, makeup remover, face wash, lotion, cream, brush, and etc. The room was new, clean, spacious, and quiet. The breakfast has a variety of foods, including anmitsu mochi with kinako powder and sweet black beans. It was excellent!"

"Absolutely lived everything about our stay this hotel. We arrived into Haneda Airport from sydney at 9.30pm and caught the train to oyr hotel. We got in late coz it was hard beung our first time in Japan reasing the train schedule. So we got to our resort at 11.55pm and the staff were so courteoys, polute and patient which was so heartwarming seeing we, my daughter and I were exhausted from all the travelll8ng. Checking in was so fast smooth and very convenient. The room was perfect, clean, decwnt aize foe her and I as we were hardly there as we went out eceryday to do sightseeing. We would get up at 5.30am and have breakfast at their restaurant which I highly recommend you add to your package when booking your accomodation if you know you have a very busy morning and day ahead of you. Breakfast was always fresh, great variety of food. It was good tjat there was a 24 hour convenience store on the 2nd floor for those late night snacks. We didnt have time to use the facilities such as the gym, the separate men and womens spa pool, the roof pool. The hotel.is literally aroumd the corner fast 5minute walk from Ryogoku Train Station which was perfect. It is also close to the Sword Museum, Sumida Housai Museum and Kya-Yasuda Garden. Our room was always clened everyday.The bed is so comfortable, warm, medium firm and youll definately get a good sleep. The aircon in our room came in handy for the humid weather we had. USB ports if you forget to buy an international charger adaptor."
