"The cabin was so much better than a hotel. It's more intimate and private. It was nice pushing right next to it and not having to walk a distance to a room. The cabin patio have us a better way to relax than sitting in a room watching TV. The restaurant was great abs their staff was very friendly. Very close to the Cosmos Mystery Area, Mount Rushmore, and Reptile Gardens. I'd definitely stay there again. "

"We arrived later than anticipated, but the staff still made us feel very welcomed and gave great recommendations for our stay and visit to the Keystone area. Cheyenne (on her first night going solo!)went over and beyond helping us get a not-so-simple firepit started, which we greatly appreciated. We loved the experience - especially of seeing Mount Rushmore lit up at night. The stars were beyond gorgeous, and my son loved the s'mores that were offered. Thank you for a wonderful time!"

"Customer Service was amazing! Would stay there again. Breakfast wasn't as good as I expect from Hilton. They can do better. Waffles/waffle maker were not available all weekend and looked made to order$, if you wanted them. This is pretty standard at most, breakfast included, especially if you have to pay extra for breakfast. Understaffed breakfast staff. Other than that it was great. Mary at the front desk was phenomenal! She chased me down, with calls and emails, before I left town, to...

"Easy check in. Deb was great! Super clean and comfortable beds! Picnic benches in front of our room to sit and watch the lake and ducks! Highly recommend!"

"My stay was okay. The apartment was in a basement and the photos or promotion gave no indication that it was a basement apartment. There were people partying in the apartment above us. Also, the entry was in an ally way and didn't seem safe. "
