"Great staff, great breakfast, and off street parking"

"The sheets, pillowcases, towels were visibly stained/possibly dirty and completely Dingy, with cigarette burns. The light switches were all broken, the light shades broken, toilet paper holder broken. The bathroom floor hadn't looked like it had been washed, vacuumed, let alone scrubbed in years. There were stains, possible blood spots on the floor. Dirt /dust piled on the sides of the bathroom floor/corners. The carpet hadn't been cleaned between guests as there were visible crumbs and threads. The walls had stains running down them. elevator was broken. Breakfast area did not look clean enough to trust. The lobby had a smell. This is an older hotel, and was expecting the broken items and lack of lighting and out of date everything. And was going to be okay with that for the price. It costs money to update and maintain. However, the pure nastiness of what they feel is okay to pass off as a new cleaned room for guests to stay in? Do they not have bleach, a vacuum, a scrubber, a mop, laundry machines???? I felt disgusting standing in that room. "

"This is a great place to stay - centrally located, quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was a nice bonus. Loved the fenced yard for my dogs. "

"Bugs in the middle of January. Most of them dead. Varieties include flys, box elder bugs, and stink bugs. I had to kill at least one stink bug every day we were there. Absolutely disgusting the amount of bugs that were there when we 1st arrived. I messaged the host, but we never received a response to resolve the issue. I've included pictures for your own review."

"Great place to stay. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Good location when going to Mt. Rushmore, Devils' Tower and the surrounding area."

"Great location for nearby attractions and walkable to downtown Rapid City. The house was clean and there was lots of space for our party of 7 adults.Easy check-in but we arrived after dark and there was no outside light so a little tricky finding the house at first.All-in-all we had a great stay and would stay at the house again."
