"No air conditioning but grateful to have found an oscillating fan. It felt like an old hotel that got a cheap upgrade and was trying to save money wherever possible. Meanwhile, the staff was doing their best to manage angry customers. It feels like the owners of the property are lucky to have the staff but are shooting themselves in the foot by delivering a C-level experience. I would never recommend this hotel."

"I have always stayed in a normal hotel while travelling with or without family. This is not a hotel. You cannot call the rooms, rooms. These rooms are like a Jail Cell without a window. Very Small. May be OK if single or Couple and on a very tight budget. No usual Amenities. Also They should have mentioned clearly, no windows. You loose concept of Day & Night specially while jet lagged. "Good location but that ‘s it. Overcharge me 3X for my booking when the deposit was required. It instead charged me the entire booking fee whereas I had already prepaid previous week! Room is tiny unlike Expedia ‘s description and bathroom is very unsafe due to tiny space ! All this for $200 plus a day! Absolutely avoid!"

"Staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to upgrade our room to one with a window for no extra cost. Clean and well maintained however the rooms are absolutely tiny was a struggle for 2 people trying to get ready for the day."

"The hotel is in a great location it has a couple of underground lines near by which made it super convenient. All the staff was super friendly and useful. Room was a little small but I think most hotel rooms in London are but this one had really high ceilings which made the room feel bigger. Overall great experience at the hotel, would definitely stay there again on my next visit and recommend to a friend. Also has really good AC which was great!"
