"La ubicación súper bien! Todo super limpio"

"When we checked in there was only 1 room card left for 3 people and had to get another card next morning. Room only had 2 TOTAL towels, no hair dryer, and a dirty mug with coffee grind inside. Stayed for a week, room cleaning came once to change beddings and at 9:30pm.... what kind of timing is that?? Messaging their WhatsApp number to request amenities and services is useless, they never respond or it says they are unavailable. Everytime I wanted fresh towels I had to go to the lobby myself...

"The staff were super helpful, thorough, and courteous! Loved the location as we could walk to shopping, restaurants, Chinatown and other attractions! The room was clean and comfortable. They provided ear plugs for the outside noise but we didn’t need them. I will mist definitely stay again and highly recommend it!!"

"Would have been helpful to have a hand towel for washing hands at the sink. No garbage can, no counter space to put toiletries, the shower water runs out of the shower into main area and the air conditioning wasn’t working. Beds and pillows were comfortable."
