The only downside was that it gets noisy with banging doors, people walking in rooms above and housekeeping leaving room doors open with radios blaring whilst they're cleaning the rooms."

"Nice easy going environment. Welcoming staff. A 10 minute walk or short bus ride into town. Sadly no breakfast but I was very happy with what I ate off the menu - a gammon steak platter which sorted me out for the rest of the day after my arrival. Had a nice room (room 3) with plentiful teas, coffee, hot choc laid on overlooking their lovely sunny beer garden, which wasn't so great when I tried to get an afternoon kip on day 2 and a heavy rock band struck up. Unlucky lol, one can't choose to...

"Absolutely loved our stay in St Ives. Green Apple b&b exceeded all expectations and we will definitely be back. Adrian is a truly wonderful host who made us feel comfortable at all times and nothing was too much trouble. He was always available when we needed him and extremely pleasant to talk to. He is very clued up about the area, this helped us a lot. We also aren't the type of family who would normally eat continental breakfast as we prefer a full english, but it was so lovely! "Small but clean and quiet. Nicely decorated and good location. We were only about 10 min away from the st Michael’s Mount boats. Looked like a great menu at the restaurant and highly rated, but we didn’t have the opportunity to use it. "

"Comfortable and clean hotel and staff were all helpful. Our room was a bit small but I believe the rooms are all different. Disappointed that the restaurant was the same limited menu that the bar served, we opted to go elsewhere but if you have no car you are stuck. Given the location there was a just something missing, but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless!"
