"I was in town for graduation and the maid cleaned everyday except for the last day which was strange. The hotel was grossly understaffed and room service took forever. The room service menu options were very limited. "

"The best hotel I’ve ever been in USA , the room was sooo clean and it was like an apartment, when I was reading the comments I was a little disappointed but when o went there I notice the good smell in the lobby , I would definitely recommend this hotel and from now is my preferred hotel for spend the night ! "It’s the first Courtyard that actually had a courtyard. Breakfast not included was a bummer. Even basics such as coffee had a price. Not much in the area to walk to. Some restaurants but no cute shops. Cobble stone streets and uneven sidewalks made it definitely feel like old town. It was very quiet and room was nice."

"Room had a slight odor. Maintenance had t9 be called to adjust safe from previous travelers, as the opened door meant the closet door couldn't close, access to bathroom awkward. Room set up made computer use difficult. A long orange extension cord from side wall to middle of room unsightly and slightly hazardous. Main elevator shut down. Bathroom sink wide. Buffet breakfast $17 and ok. Charming to walk around. Will not stay again. "

The location was great (right next to Short Pump Town Center and easy access to W Broad Street) but definitely car-dependent.
