I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at your hotel and to request appropriate compensation due to multiple inconveniences that significantly affected our experience.
Unfortunately, several aspects of the stay did not meet expected hospitality standards:
• The pool water was extremely cold and did not appear to be properly maintained, which prevented us from using an amenity we specifically chose the hotel for.
• The television in the room was disconnected and difficult to set up, and the remote control had no batteries upon arrival.
• Breakfast service was delayed due to a late delivery and was incomplete, missing standard items such as yogurt and other advertised offerings. Despite asking whether any alternative breakfast could be provided, none was made available, and we ultimately could not participate in breakfast at all.
• The room cleanliness and overall hygiene standards were below expectations, and the furniture appeared very dated.
• Additionally, the train tracks located directly behind the hotel created excessive noise throughout the night. This was not disclosed in advance, and the noise level made it extremely difficult for us to sleep.
As a result, we were unable to rest properly, did not receive the full breakfast service, and could not use the pool facilities we had planned to enjoy. Overall, the stay fell far short of what was advertised and expected.
Therefore , I would appreciate hotel’s/ or yoour compensation
