"Location very good. Check in good. Went to the room and checked and found the bed sheet, pillows cases and duvet cover was not change. The double bed sheet was very creased and had body fluid stains in the middle of the bed. The sofa bed also was dirty. I went down to the bar reception ask there was a duty manager and told her that bed sheet was not change. She immediately informed housekeeper to rectify the problem. "It was okay. A functional room for one person. It will be tight for two people. Other things they advertise in the hotel such as breakfast and wine and cheese daily are for an additional charge or membership, which travelers won’t usually have memberships. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned, not your usual daily room cleaning like most hotels. "

"The bathroom was inferior. There was not enough room to enter the shower. The positioning was horrid. I asked if we could be relocated to another room but it was not possible. I booked a stay at Mecure in Paddington where I had stayed previously. My son stayed at Point A but showered at my hotel after burning his arm on the metal bar between the faucets in the shower at Point A. This was the first time I have been disappointed in a room I have booked through Expedia."
