"Pros: the hotel is centrally located to the main plaza and is close to many adorable restaurants. Cons: the staff was incredibly unresponsive and unhelpful. I messaged the hotel the day before to confirm I needed the 2 bed option vs the queen (both options in my reservation). I also asked for the address of the parking garage. I had to call for the parking address and, 20 minutes later, call again because the gentleman still had not sent it and I was driving in circles. The address he sent was...

"Air conditioner wasn't working. The remote for the AC was missing in the room. Shower was super tiny. Water was leaking out of the sides from the shower."

"The reviews threw me off for what I was expecting. Location is a 5 min walk from the train station but that walk was very questionable. Pictures do not show that the property is buried between allies with graffiti all over the walls. Left at 4am for a flight and there was trash all over the street. The area was one thing that is not in the hands of the hotel, but cleanliness is. The bathroom sink stunk of mildew which was awful. A simple drain clean and scrub could eliminate this, but instead...

"My wife and I spent one (1) night at the Cristina Hotel and had to leave at 3:30 the next day for the airport. The employee at the front desk booked a taxi for us and even prepared two (2) complementary breakfast boxes for us to enjoy at the airport. A very thoughtful gesture on his part, which we greatly appreciated."

"We stayed here for practical reasons...it being close to the station and we had heavy bags. This served us well even though the hotel is not in the nicest of areas. Very close to the waterfront and some great restaurants nearby. We were in the 1st floor and the windows were surprisingly soundproof. Overall, we were happy with our one night stay. "
