Location was excellent, room was small but clean, quiet and just right for resting at night. Mattress was hard but all other amenities were good. Breakfast had limited options but were fresh

We stayed here in october 2026 its great if you want to visit the archaeological site of herculaneum as it is directly across the road from the entrance . Its clean and the staff are friendly and speak english . Its quiet pretty inside too but its not a high end hotel . The breakfast is ok too . The hotel staff were happy to book taxis or day trips . So i would recomend this hotel to my friends and family .

The hotel itself is ok, staff helpfull, and they had a good free breakfast bar with yogurt and fresh juices included, as well as pastries, lunch meat, boiled eggs, and of course coffee. The area where the hotel located isn’t good, dirty and unkept. We did feel safe walking around in the area even after dark. There is a small black sand beach about 12 minutes away that is very unkept, with an old abandoned hotel. However, this hotel is right across the Herculeum archaeological site. Parking was 3-4 blocks away at €10 per day. Overall, i would not recommend just because of the area.

The hotel staff was amazing. Our room was so small there wasn’t enough floor space for both of us to have our suitcases open at the same time. But the real issue was the persistent odor…think soured baby vomit and you’d be close.

We loved staying here for our family vacation. We traveled all throughout Naples, Rome and Amalfi areas. We especially loved how close it was to the train, the local taxi driver Giulio, and that there was free breakfast and air conditioning. This place is nice neat and simple and gives you all that you need. Saves money staying here vs staying closer to Amalfi. We loved being in between Rome and the coast. We were super close to Pompeii also. Great location

The entrance to the ruins (as well as a great little local restaurant) is less than one min away; reception staff very friendly; breakfast perfect; room quiet & comf. Parking lock up yard is less than couple mins walk. It was the perfect base for the ruins. Certainly would recommend.

Breakfast was good and set us up for the day. The archaeological sits was just across the road from the hotel so accessing it was easy. Staff were very knowledgeable and proved many useful tips and information. Also responded quickly to any issues we raised.
