"Large room with plenty of space. Could do with a chair to place by the mirror. Carpet could do with a clean. Understand not having windows that open but a bit of fresh air would have been good. Bathroom adequate. No idea why the cleaners had to wash the floor one afternoon, when people around, with rather a large quantity of bleach which made the eyes sting!!! Breakfast was OK. Scrambled eggs looked as though they were powdered so didn’t try."

"I feel very comfortable staying here"

"I booked an ordinary but was given an accessible room. I wasn’t told at reception and when I asked they said they were really busy and had to put us in that room. Low bed. Wet room. Red pulls everywhere which my husband pulled by accident as thought it was a light pull and a member of staff came up to see if we were ok! Not good enough as we booked 2 weeks in advance."

"Clean room Good pressure on shower Good for the price"

"This was a wonderful break for us. The hotel is relaxed and spacious, the spa facilities good. Very quiet and friendly. And excellent value for money."
