"Fab 4 kids under 13, splash pools water slides for toddlers upwards, several pools. Stayed end of April. Breakfast is good, lunch we had from pool bar, burger, salad and chips most days or ate out, dinner I found OK, children can struggle to find more than chips and rice to eat. I drink lager, amstrel is served on all Inc, which is alright, kids have selection of pop, slush, juice and ice cream is served alot at bars round pool. Entertainment is good some nights, thought bands were decent, plus...

"This was an amazing beach front hotel. It was very well run and offered full and half board, massages, spa treatments, outdoor pools, including a heated one, and lots of other things. It was right across the street from a bicycle rental shop, which I used. I would love to stay there again. "

"The location was great- a short walk to the sea and seafront restaurants. The gardens were really well maintained with some beautiful roses and gorgeous old olive trees. The apartment was great for a toddler- the separate bedroom allowed us to chill out and eat after our baby went to sleep. The apartment was well stocked and we appreciate the fluffy towels, comfortable pillows and extra duvets. the staff were friendly and it had the feeling of a local-run / family business. "

"Overall had a great stay - location is on a more quite side of Mallorca, but the hotel had everything we needed - access to beach, restaurant/bar, laundry, etc. Breakfast that was included was really good. The room we reserved was a bit small, but cozy and had an awesome ocean view. Walking distance to the beach and we rented kayaks one day too. Wifi did not work the best in our room (due to location I'm sure), which was a little frustrating. Water pressure/heat also wasn't always the best...

"We stayed in a 3 bed house which was clean, well maintained and had 3 lovely terraces including one with seaviews. We had the 1/2 board option and were disappointed with both the quality and variety of food on offer, particularly at the evening buffet. The dining room was poorly organised and chaotic which didn't make for a pleasant dining experience. Swimming pool area was very pleasant with both shaded and sunny spots and with lovely sea views. Lifeguard was on site but not attentive at...

"Great accommodation and location. Let down by poor communication by the administrative staff. Our requests for an iron and an electric fan were met with indifference. Never got that help. In addition, being charged for a key safe for valuables was a new experience. It is normally an integral part of the service. Never been charged for that until now. However, all-in-all we considered that the apartment was a real gem with all good facilities including the swimming pool."

"Great hotel for families. Pools, green area, entartainment. The downside is the poor Internet connection, twin bedds (we preffer double ones) and the lack of a stove in the room for the self catering. Also there is air conditioning but no heating. The persinnel is very nice and helped us each time we need it."

"This is our 5th stay here. We usually use the restaurant pool below the hotel but it looks to be shut down. The water pressure was poor and the WiFi was very slow and inconsistent "

"The check-in and check-out had very clear instructions. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for my stay. Word of warning, do take a video of the room when you check in to avoid being harassed by the management about missing items. I was repeatedly asked about missing crystal glasses and to pay for them. Said glasses weren't even in the room throughout my stay and I know this because I was also searching for any cups or drinkware so that I can make some cold coffee. Maybe just a bad day...
