"Overall, a clean, well-located hotel with excellent housekeeping and a lovely roof terrace, but breakfast service was inconsistent and rooms without balconies may feel overpriced. Pros: * Extremely clean, with excellent daily housekeeping. * Great location near restaurants, the square, beaches and marina. * Quiet despite a busy pub across the road. * Excellent roof terrace with all-day sun, especially useful for rooms without balconies. * Well-managed towel replacement. "Beautiful villa, amazing service and wonderful property. One of the most tranquil spots in Mallorca. Will be coming back as soon as possible!!!! "

"Lovely hotel in the heart of pollenca. The hotel has an arty feel which we loved. It is a very old hotel so it does feel a little old fashioned but everything was really clean and the staff were lovely."
