"Great location & very friendly staff. The room was good however, the shower was poor and there were marks on the desk which looked like something was spilled. Overall a great stay."

"Check in was quick and professional"

"The staff here are lovely and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location ideal for accessing the Co-op Live arena. The reason I only gave it 3 stars was because the air con/heater unit in my room was rattling, clicking and banging all night. Tried switching it off but it just kept rattling anyway and it was too cold not to have the heating on. I barely slept, horrendous night. I told the guy at the desk when I checked out, received an apology and a promise to get maintenance...

"Hotel location great. Rooms good although "free" tea and coffee facilities would be good. Buffet breakfast good and had hot food which the hotel site does not advertise. Probably unfair to mark the stay poor but for the following issue. Called the A&O help centre which appears to be in Germany. Unable to get the number for the hotel. "Very nice hotel! Walking distance to arena. Excellent restaurant and bar downstairs"

"The hotel is my favoyrite hotel in Manchester. The rooms and communal areas are spotless and the staff are helpfull and friendly. The ambience is laid back and relaxing. Will always stay here when in the city."

"Brilliant location, reasonable price and enjoyable decor. Room service dinner was also great from Pip."

"Super twin room, beds super comfy and cosy. Shower large and efficient and the bonus of a good all you could eat brekkie. Would suggest shopping around for parking though as found a much cheaper car park than the suggested one. Half the price of the hotels preferred car park and just a 4 minute stroll."

"The location was fantastic, super convenient for travellers. The room was comfy, clean and the staff were friendly. Plus, the welcome cookies were delicious!"

"Great location and rooms. Breakfast was excellent."

"The room was too small to even open a suitcase; hardly 40cm space between the bed and the wall and the windows so that operating the curtains was a bit of a faff. The ventilation did not follow the set temperatures and was incredibly noisy. The hairdryer was efficient but I didn't manage to get power from the socket near the mirror and ended up brushing my hair sat on the bed, using the socket that was by the tiny bedside table. Other room equipment included a water heater and coffee&tea, a...
