"I still have not received my refund for thr incidental hold. I have called 3x and every time no one is available that can look into it and I am ensured I will receive a call back the next day and I do not. Our room was ok, the sliding door frame is in rough shape and the room has an odd odor. Check in took almost an hour in line, while several people in front of me still didnt have rooms after hours wait. I was told they weren't sure if my room was clean, but call if it wasn't. There are roaches...

"They not have a place to left you suitcases when u waiting for you room and they need little more activities for adults !! But in general was good experience !!!"

"Front Desk was very supportive, polite. They were quietly, behind the scene helping us to navigated through all personal issues we had at that time. David(front desk) reminded me a hotel manager from "Pretty Woman", who foresee and quietly resolves issues before they surface. Their breakfast was excellent. Their fries were delicious. We had various fresh berries every day. All personnel foresee your needs and offer/provide service before you know it. Great team!"
