"Extremely disappointing experience at the Angel Hotel Cardiff. What should have been an enjoyable stay has turned into an absolute nightmare. We have been completely blocked in the hotel car park due to a rugby match, with no prior warning or communication from the hotel about the situation. The communication from staff has been absolutely shocking, with little to no explanation of what is happening or when we might be able to get our vehicle out. As a result, we have been forced to pay for a...

"Great location, friendly staff and big clean rooms."

"Very unique property. Lovely Staff"

"Room was small but very clean. Toiled was too close to the sink. Great location and the staff were great!"

"Amazing"

"Shame no hot kitchen as they are making a refurbishment. But it will be worth it ."

"Staff were not very hospitable"

"Great as a place to touch down for the night. Has everything you need"

"Posizione eccellente perché situata tra il front bar out e old town. Locali e ristoranti adiacenti all'hotel e due parcheggi a pagamento nelle vicinanze"

"Very clean and new"

"Rooms are large. Lots of parking, bus stop outside to get into city centre. Good breakfast choices, comfy beds."

"Room was clean, lots of parking, could hear the room next to use when they used their bathroom"

"Ample parking on site. The room was clean but in need of a redecoration. Beds were a bit 'squeaky'. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful."

"An ideal location for what we wanted. Clean room, lovely staff, good breakfast"
