"The apartment itself was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable, with little to no outside noise to disrupt sleep. Reception isn’t open on weekends but there was great communication from staff giving me information of how to access anything I needed. It’s a walkable distance into the town centre, Castle and Cardiff Central station, therefore offering places nearby to get any food, shopping etc. "

"Have been there before but it has been greatly upgraded since then. Very comfortable rooms, breakfast as i'd expect but could do with slightly more eating space Not keen on dog friendly but there again i don't like animals. Staff alwaya cleaning though which was good to see."

"This is our go-to hotel when want a few days away. It’s location is perfect for visits to Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Bath and many of the other beautiful area’s around this hotel. The staff are really lovely and nothing is too much trouble. The food was really good and has a varied menu to suit all tastes. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. "A hotel with nice clean rooms close to Temple Meads station. The rooms were a little small, but overall pretty good. Staff was friendly and helpful toward any questions. Entrance was a little difficult due to the construction in the area. "

"We had a very nice stay at the Wookey Hole Hotel. We stayed for two nights. We arrived really late on our first night, with only 5 minutes left until they stopped doing dinner, but it was no problem to get us in for food. We were very grateful as we had a five year old with us who was very hungry! The food was very tasty and enjoyable.
