"Staff controlled hot water and Air Conditioning systems by central energy control. Had to call front desk management multiple times to or basic comfort. Uncomfortable and annoying."

"We enjoyed our stay. Although it is an older hotel , it was clean and relaxing. Reminder for anyone with blond highlights - the mineral water will turn it brassy. Next time I’ll get a special conditioner and not get my hair wet. It had an old school feel , simple and the staff was very helpful. So top notch chill"

"From the pictures I expected a little more for the money. Room was old and outdated. Resort is old and outdated. Coffee machine was broken, TV didn't work properly either. The cafe was awesome. The restaurant was super overpriced. The property is beautiful though. It is close to the village as well. The pool area was great and the pool staff were terrific but extra small jacuzzi and only a handful of lounge chairs. If you are coming to Arrowhead to do lake activities forget about it! We...

"We initially had a problem with the air conditioning in our room and the hotel had no other 2 Q rooms, so we had to move to cramped, smaller room for our first night. We also discovered that "self parking available" did not mean that it is free, FYI. However, the next morning, the a/c was fixed, and we enjoyed the room for the rest of the stay. Beds were comfortable, the 2 Q room was great, breakfast was tasty and varied a little each day, and the Saturday morning staff really came through....
