"The building seems historical and is in good walking distance to all of the attractions in downtown. My only two gripes is finding which door leads to the front desk when entering and valet parking is very bad with wait times after requesting your vehicle can take up to 45min or more."

"When we first arrived to check in the gentleman working at the desk gave us a room that looked like it was a spare room at the end of the hall way on the 9th floor. It was small, had trash in the trash can, there were no soaps or towels on bathroom sink, the TV entertainment center was broke old looking and there was no chair by the window as all other rooms have. Went down stairs to tell them but at first he asked the other girl if only rooms with king beds had a chair. I informed him the...

"Stayed at the Gunter for one night, there is no on site parking except for a valet service they offer for $50. Otherwise you must find your own parking. My room was out of conditioner and had very little shampoo. Staff was friendly. Had breakfast at the restaurant downstairs manager seemed overwhelmed but waiter was nice. Overal 3-4 stars."
