"Our first room smelled like urine really awful smell. We switched rooms which was better! We were supposed to have a shuttle take us to the airport, however was told it would take them at least 30 minutes to get to us. We waited the 30 minutes and it never showed up. When we asked about the shuttle again the man in the front, who was very rude and annoyed by the way, told us we had to wait another 30 minutes. We ended up having to take an uber/lyft to get to the airport in which we almost missed our flight because of this issue. Hotel was good location for the airport! Morning staff not so much (afternoon staff were great!)."

The phone in my room did not work and I took it to the front desk and it was never replaced. Finally on my 2 night stay no housekeeping was provided. I was told by staff the room is only serviced if you stay for 3 nights. While the staff was polite and helpful this property is in serious need of remodeling."
