"Perfect location for tourists visiting San Antonio. The hotel is beautiful and our room was very nice. Dining room was very nice as well. My cousins from Germany stayed here with me and loved it and the history as well. The staff was helpful and courteous. The Alamo, Riverwalk, Rivercenter, Tower of Americas, San Fernando Cathedral and Mercado were all close. Lots of really great restaurants to choose from. {Texas Republic, Paesanos, Rain Forest Cafe, Hard Rock Cafe and Paseo Del Rio} We...

"The elevators weren’t working and they would take about 20 minutes to get to your room. There was a long line of people waiting for elevators. I wouldn’t use this hotel if I had kids."
