"Everything needs updated. The 1st room we had was dirty and then the 2nd room we had the tiles in the shower were starting to peel off. Better lighting in the rooms. The light bulbs are the dull warm white, not the bright white. Half the time the staff wasn't at the front desk when you needed them. I wouldn't stay there again. "

"Gates are locked for entry around the premises so must enter from Valley Hi. Non smoking but smell cigarettes. Water pressure could be better. Water is hot. I felt safe enough. Across from H.E.B. happyface."

"Checked in at 8pm (check in is at 3pm) 2 king room was not ready yet. Cleaning lady was smoking what smelled like mariguana outside our smoke free room left our room smelling like it. Cleaning lady left our room "ready" with missing pillow cases that she was later supposed to bring in (they never arrived during our stay) and wet floor from moping (floor got dirty after stepping on it). No hot water on the shower and AC unit with a lot of noise. Front desk people did not provide any solutions since hotel was "fully booked". Check out day at 8am (we were still sleeping) another cleaning lady tried opening our room 2 different times (unsuccessful thanks to the manual door safety latch) without knocking to see if anyone was there. When arriving to the front desk to speak to the manager I just saw the same young guy from the check in night with bo solutions to any of our problems. Worst hotel i have stayed in San Antonio. "
