"We flew in for the F1 Race and apparently it is a thing to not turn on the heat at this hotel unless you absolutely need it. Our room was 65 degrees and we wanted to turn on the heat since we don't normally sleep when it is this cool. This hotel informed us that they weren't going to turn on the heat but they could send us up blankets? found out in the morning they could have sent up a space heater as well. "Booked this for my parents…. Booked them a king size bedroom. They arrived to the hotel & the hotel did not offer them the room i paid for them - only said they had 2 queens. Kind of a bummer"

"TOO FAR TO PARK VEHICLE AND A HIDEN CHARED $20,00 A NIGHT, GOT CHARGED TWICE, ONCE BY EXPEDIA AN ONCE BY EMBACISE SUITES, FRONT DESK ATTENDENT NOT CHEERFUL OR POLITE, I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN IN ANY TOWN."

"Staff was super friendly. The property was cleaned. They made sure we have everything needed for a comfortable stay."

"Todo excelente, solo el estacionamiento estaba lleno cuando llegamos y nos quedamos frente a lobby, pero todo lo demás super bien, cuarto, limpieza, desayuno, café buenisimo."

"Front desk girl was not friendly or helpful."

"While a little noisy with the highway right next door, it wasn't bad. Room was nice, with a good bed. Very close to, and easy to navigate to the airport. We got checked out very early for a morning flight. Definitely did the job. Room had a fridge and microwave."

"When we arrived at the airport the hotel sent a Lyft driver to pick us up. He was there in 3 minutes and was very nice. The front desk was ready with our room as soon as we arrived."

"really nice front staff, elevator was old but makes sense."

"The toilet was broke and one had to pay to park there."
