"There was a baseball tournament and the hotel was packed with kids. However, the hotel was quiet when in room. "

"I like the place but the pets are just a lot a dog wet the elevator floor and poop on the pavement in the front of the hotel. But the overall experience was ok and it was my second time I stay."

"Check in was good, however we request room closer to the ocean view away from the street. When we arrived, we were giving a room closer to the street and elevator. We went back and requested another room in the area we asked for and they only could give us a room four doors down. Disappointed because we have stayed at this hotel several times and request the same and only to receive the same closer to the street. Our sliding door didn't lock and the front door hard to open. We have had this room...

"Our stay basically was good. However a lot of noise after midnight from balconies somewhere above the 2nd floor where we were staying, making it difficult to sleep."

"It was very nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The balcony was wonderful. There were no working soda machines, which was discouraging overall of very nice place. I’d stay there again."

"This was my third time visiting OC and this Hotel was exceptional! The check- in / out process was fast and efficient. The staff is very friendly and professional. Easy access to everything!! Love the breakfast and the lobby area, same as the upgraded oc activities board. Definitely will be my PREFERENCE vacational hotel!! Just love it ❤️🎊"
