"Central location ten minute walk from all major attractions in Bergen. Hotel is the center of many events. There was a Christmas event the night we arrived. We had a safe of great Norwegian, hot chocolate with cream. The breakfast is unbelievable. Everything you can think of at a superb quality level. I haven’t seen a breakfast like that one in a long time. Highly recommend the hotel."

"Selv etter ekstra vask var det svarte hår på badet som gjorde opplevelsen litt ekkel. Ellers veldig fint hotell"

"Exceptional service from all of the staff. Our stay was wonderful. Thank you"

"Excellent hotel"

"Location was great to the port to board Havila's coastal cruise. Stayed there the night before and the night after our journey. The windows in the rooms we were in could open a little for fresh air. There were no controls to change the room temp otherwise. We heard no noise during the night."

"The room was clean but the bed quite uncomfortable, there was only 1 small pillow. The tea/ coffee machine which was supposed to be for 24 hour use was there but no cups readily available, no milk & I was made to feel like a nuisance for asking about it. As it was 1 of the reasons I booked this hotel I was a little disappointed. The location is fantastic for a visit to Bergen, the light rail, bus & train station are just down the road"

"Basic Clean Accommodations. They use a self check in/out system. Place to cook/eat. Place to sit and chat. Rooms were to sleep in, not settle in. Very nice shower/bathroom."

"Recommend"

"Cannot fault the property or staff. The amazing stay, will book again!"

"Adequate facilities. Close enough to city centre."

"Service in the restaurant was horrible. It felt like we were bothering the waiter when we ordered food."
