"We did a week long trip to DC and this was a great place to stay. The best perk is that it was nearby a metro station and that's how we got around the city. The breakfast was nice—they had hot breakfast options every day. The room was clean. The bed was good. Our room even came with a kitchenette. I saw some complaints that this hotel was outdated, but I've been in far worse hotels, and we thought this one was perfectly fine. "

"Very handy for us to everything we needed. Like a 7min walk to metro. Was quiet even though close to expressway. Hardly heard sirens. Very comfortable beds. Clean. Loved ot"

"It is an older hotel with obvious wear and tear. The carpet had tears and pieces missing. The air conditioner sounded like a far off siren and gave minimal cool air. But the beds and shower were amazing and it was only a 15 min walk from the metro!"

"This motel is a great value for the pricey area of its location. The room was quiet and clean, but ventilation was poor and the floor felt damp, particularly after our showers. No amenities (shampoo, facial tissue) were provided, and coffee was available only in the lobby. The beds were comfortable, but housekeeping came only once in the 4 days we stayed. There was lingering smell of tobacco smoke in the hallways."
