Room was fine enough for a stay. Hot water , ac worked. Should be more like 75 bucks but its a place to get some rest and a shower in the morning. Ron's just need some fixing up

We sought this property because of the rating, budget friendly, and location. We weren’t looking for hotels with extensive amenities because we’re looking to explore DC mos of our days. We’re looking for a clean place to rest. However, the cleanliness of the room was not expected. On the first night our room was not cleaned. We had to ask the staff. At the end of our night, we found a cockroach underneath the table. This was not what a “good” rated hotel should be.
