"This place is just ok. I would definitely not stay here again. Much better options in the area. A Frustrating check in experience just started things off poorly and it never really recovered. Food is quite overpriced and “amenities” are scarce. Circle Suite is also just a pretty average room at an above average price."

"A few things went wrong, first, I got stuck in the stairwell because there’s no way to get onto your floor from the stairwell. I walked up to the 5th because there was some sort of rooftop event and I was waiting forever for the rooftop. Once you get up there there’s no key card readers so you can’t get in and I had to walk back down to the 1st floor. Secondly the bar staff was not friendly at all. Waited until I sat down and got situated to tell me the bar was closed. Also a different night waiting to get a drink and receivinf no service while watching one of them put Hennessy in their cup (Wednesday evening 7:00 - 7:30pm 5/6) towels are pretty much sand paper! And lastly there’s not a single hook in the room that you can hang a coat from. They have a ton of short rods to hang things from and every one of my garments was dragging on the floor- 3 feet off the ground. It just wasn’t a great experience. Great location, poor attention to details. "

"I got in late and I appreciated there was someone at the door to help me. I checked in fast and was given an impecable room on a top floor away from noise. Loved my room 603. My experience was accentuated by the kind and cheerful staff there, I spoke to 3 of the lobby people during my stay. I even bought the bath robe, a souvenir from one of the most memorable experiences during my hectic work travels. The bar has been raised :) thank you"

"It's a beautifully restored historical property. The rooms are small but nice. The doors are old and authentic with lots of paint layers but gives everything character. It's a beautiful blend to old and new. I would stay there again."

"The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the elevator system is very efficient, and the location is great. We were able to easily walk to the sites and restaurants. Our room was quite small. The parking garage is less than a block from the hotel, was clean and secure, and the parking rate was discounted because we stayed at the hotel. For the high cost of the stay, breakfast should be included."
