"Everything was great"

"One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in! Spacious and clean"

"The breakfast was great. Check in was amazing and the staff was friendly. My only complaint was kids running up and down the hall waking me up at 12:45 AM. My room was clean and the facility was extremely clean. The lady in the breakfast area was absolutely fabulous! Such a sweet hard working person with so much appreciation for everyone there. She is one of the reasons i would return there. She was absolutely amazing. overall this place was great and I would stay here again but would not want...

"Staff upon checking in wasn't the best. Had to use the restroom prior to checking in and the bathroom was out of service. Lady at the front desk was cold and not very social. Room was okay at best. Floor was coming apart in places. Didn't get breakfast because flight left early. Best part was how close the hotel was to the airport (2 mins). I wouldn't stay there otherwise."

"The property was originally a department store. When we exited the elevator, voice said “ second floor, men’s ware.” Rooms are spacious , we had access to a lobby on the 2nd floor, staff and valet parking much appreciated. Better yet, the hotel is in the heart of the city, food, music, art . Wish we stayed longer."

"The room was clean , except the furniture , chairs were stained and frayed . I didn’t sit on them . And there were only 2 towels and pillows were in poor condition. Also my room was on the first floor near the lobby and elevator . Noisy ."
