The hotel is good for a short visit. Helpful staff. Breakfast ok. Room clean. Convenient airport shuttle. Could use some updating with a taller toilet, difficult to use for anyone over 5'4". Rust on bathtub grip. Lighting too bright. Drapes old. Bed lumpy. Stayed 2 nights, overall a decent stay for the price, would stay again.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Our room was poolside but had to park on opposite side of hotel. We were on bottom floor. A party on second floor above us arrived at 1:00am and you could hear them stomping across floor. For a reasonable, clean place to stay for a night it was ok as we had a very early morning flight and airport is only a few minutes away.

It’s really close to the airport, fairly priced.. nothing crazy extravagant but I felt pretty safe as a solo female traveler. I was able to get late checkout without an issue and the staff was super sweet! Great spot if you arrive late at night like I did and need a quick place to crash before fully starting an Asheville vaycay

What I very much liked was that the bed was sparkling clean and outstandingly comfortable (I was only sorry that I was only able to enjoy it for a couple of hours before having to leave), there was plenty of hot water in the clean shower and (the reason why I chose it) there was a free airport shuttle. Less impressive was the room itself, which was so crammed with inexpensive furniture that it was difficult to get around in the small space. Walls and floor corners looked dingy. The swimming pool was closed, despite the hot day. I had to leave very early so the promised breakfast was not available. The shuttle arrived half an hour late the next morning but the person on desk duty helpfully phoned the driver to summon him. The driver himself was personable and entertaining. In short, my stay was adequate for my short-term needs and given the cost and its proximity to the airport, I would consider staying there again under similar circumstances.

The rooms were clean and the staff was great, but the hotel is out of date. No usb connection anywhere in the room. Breakfast bar was lots to be desired, not a large selection or variety and limited on items. But a quite stay.
