"Terrific location. Steps away from Time Square. Easy access to Broadway, walkable to Central Park and other attractions. Deli next door has great food, and Conolly’s is a great little pub. Hotel is older with alot of charm. Rooms are small. Beds ok. It was pretty warm in our room but we made due. Would stay here again in a heartbeat for location alone!"

"Fabulous location right in the heart of Times Square. Central location to all the major attractions and Subway. Rooms were very small and breakfast was adequate. Housekeeping was every other day but on demand as well."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The value for the price was excellent. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars was because of several long waits for an elevator. If that’s not a big issue for you, I highly recommend you consider this hotel for your next trip. "

"I always enjoy my stay at the Hampton TSS. All of the staff…and I mean all not just front desk…maintenance, kitchen, housekeeping…incredibly pleasant and helpful. I would single out James because I was impressed that he remembered my last stay and details of my family…I can’t remember what I ate last night. The area while not incredibly unsafe has a homeless population but it is typical of the area and quite frankly, they don’t bother you if you don’t engage them…so not offer them food or...

"The stay is great - one suggestion is to pls cancel the luggage fee - your hotel is decent - and a decent hotel doesn’t charge fees for helping your clients to check their luggage for a little bit before or after the time they are check in or check out. Otherwise I would have have really enjoyed the stay. "

"Canceled our room two days before our trip, with no explanation (we booked two months in advance). Said they would provide us a different hotel, then did not reserve anything, and we had to call expedia 4 times over the course of a day and arrived at the hotel with no room booked for us. Then, we ended up having to pay almost double out of our own pocket to stay in the hotel A truly horrible experience."
