"The Sheraton is going through a renovation. I just hope that includes the rooms, because they are disgusting. For the price per night, I expect at least a clean room, not a closet with a bunch of brown-looking goo, a bathroom that has see it shares of bad days, and the dust around the beds. The location is perfect, and if these rooms were superbly clean with a working TV and remote, I would pay more."

"Edison Hotel location is perfect. If you are coming to New York to see Broadway shows. We saw 7 shows in 5 days and walked only a few blocks at most to get to each theater. The rooms are clean and comfortable and surprisingly larger than we expected for a New York hotel. Our rate included free grab and go breakfast each day. We did upgrade for $6.50 each to sit down breakfast at both Friedman’s and Bond 45, but the best breakfast was free at Carve on the corner of 8th & 47th. We will definitely be staying at the Edison for our next trip to NYC! "

"Staff was very friendly and tentative. Lobby space is small, but but it appears they are going under some renovations. We booked an upgraded room from the standard due to the fact that the standard rooms are more dated. Our room was clean and very comfortable and we have no complaints. We have stayed here in the past and we will book it again in the future. Quality stay for the price that you’re paying. "
