"I didn't get any sleep the furst night. No accommodation for the 3 noise complaints i reported. That was on going over 6 hrs. The hotel was very clean, the room was very nice, comfortable bed & amazing shower. "

"Pros - great linens, clean towels, and hot water with strong water pressure. Cons - the place is pretty gross with a pot smell, tiny elevators, carpet that is curling up and almost trips you in the halls. There is also chips of paint all over the floor and the tub was super slippery."

"It was ok the only problem I had was the key card had to get numerous cards, there was a problem with the door lock could not get in"

"Room had a vague, musty smell that was noticeable upon entry but you became used to it. Room was clean and reasonably spacious. Key card reader on door was finicky and usually took a couple of tries before the door opened. Room rate was about double the normal price due to graduations and other events going on in the area. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Bar Harbor Inn. Especially meeting Donna Medallia who took Awesome Care of the Breakfast Area and Hotel Lobby!! She was terrific to make us feel right at home for coffee and pastries and helpful for us to suggest places on Long Island to go on our trip. Donna has Excellent rapport with Her hotel guests. 😇👍"

"Pretty good stay. We were in an accessible room. Unfortunately the bathroom had no space to place any cosmetic items you might bring in with you. Also there was an issue in the shower with the downspout when we checked in. It literally came off the wall. Good think was the immediate response by the staff to fix the situation. Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We'd probably stay there again."

"Not a bad stay overall. Nice location opposite the police headquarters and courthouse. Friendly staff. Brianna the hostess was very nice. The suite was very large. The only thing is that the carpet needs changing. The continental breakfast wasn't appetizing but there's food all around the area. But all in all it was an enjoyable stay."
