"You get what you pay for. This was the cheap option in Hudson and I understand why. It’s a no frills establishment that looks very rough around the edges. There’s a weird smell in the halls. However, at least the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is well situated in town To walk to all the shops and restaurants."

"The rate was good, and the interior was very retro with a few new design elements. I liked it a lot."

"Beautiful location. Cozy room. Staff were friendly and attentive."

"Wonderful hotel"

"The bathroom mirror was falling out of the frame. The wooden counters in the bathroom should be sanded and restored. The drawers in the small dresser were broken and falling apart. The room was clean, but the curtains were sheers (someone could potentially see in). And the curtains were falling off the curtain rod."

"We were a bit disappointed with the quality of the room for the price of one night. It’s a bit old which gave a faint odor. The temperature was also something we couldn’t control. It was 78 degrees in the room, and there were no windows, only doors that had no screen protection in case we wanted to keep it open. We were also charged for drinks from the refrigerator that we never consumed. Expensive ans disappointing over all."

"Easy check in , clean and loved the coffee and tea. Staff great"

"Everything else was in the $350 range that weekend, so we went a little further out to budget our money. I couldn't figure out if the heater worked or not. No coffee. Just a place to rest our heads. It is what it is."

"The special game room in the back yard that is screened is excellent 👌."

"Awesome stay at the Amelia. A gorgeous renovated house with art deco decor, helpful and friendly staff, and really comfy beds."

"This is a very nicely renovated property and right on the Hudson but I found the contactless approach to management odd as applied to this situation, such as demanding information on each person staying in the room, but with any personal presence from the owners. And note the trains are not just loud but very loud."
