"Monica is always polite, professional, and so helpful on my visits! I appreciate her help and service during my stay!"

"Overall, a bad experience"

"The elevator gets stuck everyday I use it. There is no blow dryer, microwave and refrigerator in the room. The room is not cleaned everyday. Staff are not helpful."

"it was good but could be better. you get what you paid for. (pictures look better :/)"

"Great location. Comfortable room. Bring your own shampoo, theirs is terrible."

"Great customer service"

"It was very cold, we can't find extra blanket, we have to cover all towels."

"Nice location and staff."
