"This hotel is my ‘go to’ place when staying in London, Ontario …a convenient location to many different venues, restaurants and being that it’s located in the downtown core it’s the perfect spot to be …always super clean and comfortable rooms, complete with mini fridges! One notable piece of info is that there is a nightly parking fee not included with your room cost "

"We only stayed one night, got in late and left early the next morning. Hotel seemed clean, staff was friendly and our dog was allowed with no upcharge which was fantastic. The building seems older and could use some updating but they were cheapest in town and we are not high maintenance individuals so this worked just fine for us."

Towels were rather old and rough. The sink was plugged. The restaurant is a separate business from the hotel. Breakfast was not the best. Would not reccommend."

"You get what you pay for. Small room with heavily scratched desk. Bed is okay for comfort but moves around a lot. Tiles in bathroom are broken. Behind the toilet and between bathtub and counter are very dirty. "
