"Rooms were spacious, furniture could use an update (tub chairs were not comfortable) our kuerig didn’t work and staff was very quick at replacing it. Just an FYI kids under 48” are not allowed on the water slide and under 12 years old can’t go in the hot tub"

"Our room was amazing with a comfy king size bed, two night stands, a dresser, a big writing desk with chair ,two side chairs with a side table, an electric fireplace stove, a balcony with two chairs and a side table. There was a coffee maker with coffee and tea. there was a mini fridge. The bathroom was clean with towels and toiletries and a hairdryer. there were two bath robes in the closet.The room had a beautiful big window overlooking the grounds. The checkin was easy. We had got upgraded to this room."

"A great little motel for the price. When one reads some of the low star reviews I am amazed at what people expect out of a budget motel. Not discounting what people say or feel but really for the money this has everything. Comfortable bed, great smart TV - honestly the TV is better than most hotels I have ever stayed at. Parking is easy. Quiet at night. Friendly owner. Overall if you are looking for a budget place to stay this one won't disappoint. Again it is not the Ritz or the Royal York but for the money it is more than satisfactory. Less than a car payment and a nice dinner out at a fancy restaurant."
