"This is a lovely house, but there was no host there at all during our stay. The coffee maker didn't work, the promised breakfast never appeared. And though there were two keys on the ring, neither could open the front door and my friend was locked out for more than an hour in the early morning. Someone named "Tim" promised he would respond if you called or texted him, but his voicemail is full and not receiving messages and he never responded to multiple texts, either in the evening or in the morning. We left angry, which was not how we hoped to start our time in Stratford. P.S. don't bother ringing the bell to call the inkeeper, he isn't there."

"Rooms were very spacious. Loved the extra seating area with the couch & tv, which had Roku & a lot of viewing options. Also liked that the smaller bed had a wall which separated it from the tv area. Shower was very nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Location is excellent, walking distance to the Avon and lots of restaurants and shops."

"The hotel is centrally located in Stratford. One can easily walk to the theatres, stores and restaurants. The hotel itself is an attractive heritage property. It is well maintained and the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff were very kind, cheerful and helpful. We had breakfast in the hotel dining room and were pleased with the service and the food. Parking, in a lot next to the hotel, is free. All in all we were very happy with our stay at the Parlour Inn."

"The woman at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful. The pub food and beer were excellent the Friday afternoon and night. The Saturday night for dinner was not as enjoyable - there must have been a different staff making the salads as they were not half as good as Fridays. The servers each day were so friendly and efficient and just a delight. Our hotel room looked identical to the website which was great. The giant skylight brightens the room well, but be aware that there are no windows, at least in our room - this was a little odd. The skylight does not make it conducive to sleeping in, so thankfully we are early risers. I would highly recommend Bentley's Inn. Truly it is the staff who make the difference wherever you go, and Bentley's staff is exceptional."
