"Walking it was so warm and smelled like vanilla wood … so cozy , clean and inviting. The rooms where simple but love the lay out in the long suite. We didn’t eat breakfast due to dietary restrictions of gluten and dairy but my Husband said the coffee was excellent and he is picky ! The price was amazing we will definitely stay here again ! London was lovely to visit."

"Was very concerned when we pulled up to see a homeless shelter adjacent to the property and numerous homeless outside beside the hotel. I told the Front desk that I would only be parking in the underground gated parking based on safety concerns. Unfortunately based on the immediate surroundings I would not be booking again at this location."
