"We stayed 3 nights. The 1st night we did not enjoy our stay. There were limited amenities, the toliet ran all night and the a/c was very loud! We reported the problems the next morning. We were moved to another room. All problems were resolved! We enjoyed the rest of our stay!'"

"I didn't get the room that I previously reserved which was king bed with more area footage due to overbooking I was told. I got double queen bed with abandoned building View. I brought it to their attention they got me a bigger double queen bedroom with Riverwalk View although it was better room and if you still not what I reserved and paid for online."

"Stay at Rm 328 for 3 nights for my son's BMT graduation at Lackland Air Force Base. Thanks for the generous free upgrade to an extremely spacious suite for 3 1. (The airmen stayed for the day and we had to drop him off at the base in the late afternoon.) Lovely and thank you again. Likes - Cold drinking water at lobby 24/7 and hot water and coffee during the day I think. Nice beds (Not the sagging mattress.) Clean room and clean hotel overall.
