"Unfortunately, the add photo feature has not always been a part of Hotels.com so I do not have any photos to upload, as I did not expect for you to add this option. I stayed jn room 120, and thr moment I entered the room, I could see cockroaches crawling on the floor, then the walls, then the drapes, then the bed, toilet, sink, chairs, table, etc. They were everywhere. Most were very small, which tells me that they survived the most recent fumigation if there was one, as their lungs are too...

"Manager was extremely rude when we asked for additional towels. Room only had 2 bath towels and no soap. Manager stated that there were only two of us and didn't need hand towels or wash cloth. I couldn't believe how she countered all of our requests with "you don't need them"."
