"The only “problem” I had was the cars driving by and the train was a little noisy, other than that everything was great. The people at the front were very sweet!!! I’d stay here again if I come back to San Antonio! "

"Paid extra to check in early and a/c in the room didn’t even work. Took another 30-45 minutes to get another room once it was figured out that the a/c truly wasnt working. By the time we got into the room it was close to our regular check in time..no we didn’t get a refund"
