"Beds were good the only thing was when I first walked in there was a funny smell in the room like something wasn't cleaned so I had to keep the windows open all the time. Also the door was hard to get into at times when I swiped my key i push the door open it wouldn't open alot.So I tried pushing it a couple times until it opened you should get that checked out for other guests cause another guests complain about his door to me to. Other than that everything else was good."

"Rooms were nice and clean, no complaints!"

"Iam really enjoying the stay😊"

"The rooms were too small. No queen beds only doubles. We had four adults. We weren't allowed a cot because it was a fire hazard so why have them. Then we had an emergency and had to check out early and they wouldn't refund the money for the one night. When we're in New York again we will never stay there again. The only positive was the staff."

"The WiFi, internet was terrible, my kids couldn’t use there tablets in the room, showers were ok… took forever for the hot water to get warm."

"Excellent motel"

"cigarette burns, windows don’t open, water is cold, wallpaper falling off. no sheets. lamp shades destroyed"

"Nice clean and spacious rooms! Loved the stay."

"Clean room and helpful staff"

"Terrific"

"I couldn't watch the TV at all it seems like you had to pay pay to watch the TV I'm not sure so I was very disappointed in that"

"I booked a one night stay online through expedia.com. I paid $116.63 to expedia.com online. At the time of arrival the staff made me pay $120.00 because they could not find the reservation. It took me a week to resolve the issue by finally getting a refund of $116.63. I never found out who's fault it was, but the experience was not good.at all."
