"The only thing that made me not like my stay was that the elevator was broke down the entire time I was there and I booked 2 rooms and they were so far apart i did not like it. I mean booking two rooms usually means you want your rooms to be close together and not be one on the second floor and the one on the lowest level they have. "

"Pool is small and not clean. Bathroom is too small. Wifi was not working "

"Everything looks great, clean, with nice staff and a great breakfast, but it does not have black tea, it may look funny to mention but this is one of the things people want to have for breakfast most."

"When we went to breakfast, there was no food. Thr room was nice but the rest of the hotel was somewhat dirty. "

"The people are staff at the extended. Stay facility facility were very cordial and extremely helpful and made me feel right at home. The one suggestion I would like to give is to see a trash can in the bathroom so that I could place my used feminine products in a trash can in the bathroom VS having to wrap it in tolietpaper and then discarding in the only trash can that was in the room that was in the cabinet under the kitchen sink."

"We’ve stayed here before when flying out of STL and it’s really convenient. Nice property just starting to show a little age in the guest rooms (mainly the shower), but overall a great hotel. Staff was really friendly and breakfast was good. Love being able to leave the car and take the shuttle to the airport, so convenient! Only marked the area 3 stars because…well, STL airport area. No issues or worry about crime though!"

"I loved the staff. I loved the location. My only issues were that our water stopped working mid day. Our toilet had issues. They only have room service come every other day. We asked for our trash cans to be emptied on day 2 and they didnt show back up. So they only came in once for our 4 day stay. Thank goodness the hotel pool had towels. I will say that the staff was amazing and went above and beyond besides that. The maintenance guys even came and aired up my sister tire. "

"Overall, we would recommend this hotel again. There was some mold on the outside corners of the tub, but it wasn't major. "

"average place to stay and you get what you pay for. Was very close to Historic St. charles main street and centrally located to anything you really wanted to do. Back entry way kept unlocked so anyone could just slip in. Could use upgrading to facilities . Was there for a concert. Not horrible but not great and again was located close to everything being the only plus. "

"Nice hotel could tell there was spots that needed refurbishing. Peeling paint in the tub but otherwise clean and quiet"
