"First day I show up with my reservation they don’t have my room with two beds,for some reason they are sold out or whatever happens. They just give me a room with single bed, so I have to take it because I show up around 11:30 PM with my kids and wife ,at that point I don’t wanna go anywhere else without any luck so I take the room,and we can barely fit, because those beds are quite small, so they give me a room with two bed the next day. "

"Approx 5 blocks from disney, 20 min walk. Free parking. Breakfast offered was ok. Pretty noisy rooms, but doors are outdoor and on disney row so to be expected. Staff was excellent. "

"The toilet was clogged. They don’t have maintenance people after 6 pm and before 9 am. Our crap was floating all over the bathroom and room. I had to borrow a plunger to help fix the toilet. They didn’t acknowledge the problem not apologize. They offered no compensation for the misery they put us through "

"Very good breakfast only crowded. You can hear almost everything from the outside. Need to update AC as too noisy."

"Pro’s: Super convenient location, short walk to Disneyland, adjacent to restaurants, on-site snack and drink store. Con’s: Very small room for six people, valet-only parking ($35/day), no elevator to second floor (have to carry luggage upstairs), in-room fridge was very loud with constant rhythmic clicking sound (probably unique to our room, but made it harder to sleep)."
